Andrew LangridgeProperty Manager

Andrew Langridge is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management and operations of several properties in Churchill’s portfolio in his capacity as Property Manager. Andrew has managed several build outs of commercial lease spaces related to a variety of different commercial buildings and works closely with senior management to ensure focused asset management for all properties managed by Churchill Property Corporation. A graduate of Quest University, Andrew joined Churchill in August 2012 and is presently pursuing a Diploma in Urban Land Economics (DULE) at the Sauder School of Business at UBC.
