The two freestanding three-storey buildings were originally constructed circa 1996 and 2001 and total 84,182 SF of leasable area. This investment property is intended to provide a stable stream of income from a very strong roster of national tenants, which include Royal Bank of Canada, CIBC World Markets, London Life Insurance, and Investors Group. This offering required a minimum investment of $25,000 and was available to Accredited Investors only. Churchill Wellington Square Limited Partnership is fully subscribed.
