Syndicated in 2012, Churchill CT Canmore Limited Partnership offered investors an opportunity to participate in acquiring, owning, operating and maximizing the value a newly constructed 50,000 SF Canadian Tire retail store shadow anchored by a Sobey’s grocery store to the east, and a Safeway grocery store to the west. The property is located in the dominant shopping center in the heart of Canmore, AB – an upscale “Whistler-style” destination between Calgary and Banff. The property is intended to provide investors a stable stream of income from a very strong, nationally recognized tenant. Featuring a heated underground car park, serviced by an elevator, this brand new building will have minimal maintenance for the foreseeable future. Canadian Tire has  a 20-year lease providing very rare stability and tenure of income. The property was acquired in June 2012 and was sold to a publicly-traded REIT in September 2015. This offering required a minimum investment of $25,000 and was available to Accredited Investors only.
