Vancouver, BC (August 29, 2017) — Pursuant to the amended and restated Offering Memorandum dated July 12, 2017, Churchill Real Estate Investment Trust (“Churchill REIT”) today announced its unaudited Net Asset Value per Unit (the “NAV per Unit”) is $10.04 as at June 30, 2017 (the “Valuation Date”). The NAV per Unit is calculated in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards and incorporates both independent external and internal valuation processes to determine the fair values of the properties as at June 30, 2017.
The updated NAV per Unit will be used for several purposes, including setting the Subscription Price of Units for the next 90 days. The next NAV per Unit will be calculated as at September 30, 2017 – the next Valuation Date – and published 60 days thereafter (November 29, 2017).
